Process of Buying Ozone Land Plots from Diaspora

  1. Initial Client Inquiry of any available Ozone Land Projects. 
  2. Project Briefing – We will present available plots, pricing and payment plans.
  3. Site Visit – Client goes for a site visit and picks the preffered plot. Incase the client availability is not  possible, we provide video tours or send someone you trust to inspect the land physically.
  4. Plot Booking – We will confirm the availability of the plot and we send the booking form to the client.
  5. Reserve a plot – Client make a booking fee or deposit through the company account.
  6. Payment Plan – We tailor-make installments option to fit their terms of payment within their budget.
  7. Offer Letter – We send client offer letter.
  8. Sale Agreement – Our lawyer prepares a sale agreement then the client  or his/her lawyer verifies.
  9. Final Payment – Client deposit final payment as per the agreement.
  10. Transfer Documents – Client send us a copy of ID, PIN and three passport size photos.
  11. Title Deed Registration – Send all completion documents to lands registry  for title transfer and registration (This takes maximum of 60 days).
  12. Title Deed Collection/Issuing – Client collects the original title deed from our office or we send through DHL to his/her physical location.
